Goodbye Surf Camp, Goodbye Gerupuk

Because it’s check out day, a lot of us had a slow start to the morning. I woke up, ate some pancakes, and began packing up my things. It’s pretty easy to pack when practically everything is dirty. You just stuff it all in, and you’re done!

While packing, I basically had this song below on repeat. It was in the new John John movie which we constantly had playing in the common room.

I decided to stay at the same hotel by the Lombok airport where I stayed before the camp. It’s not the nicest hotel by a long shot (it’s like a run down La Quinta), but hey – after having cold salt water showers and no A/C for two weeks, anything will feel like a palace.

To be honest, today was actually a perfectly boring day to write a post about. I stayed in my hotel room for the majority of the day and read my scuba diving online manual. I have two days and 6-10 hours of material to read. So you know, pressure is on.

Goodbye

One thing I do thoroughly enjoy about this hotel — room service. Yaaaaasss!

Because today’s post lacks a bit of entertainment, here’s a video of me and my good friend Ayden back at the camp. We loved our boat trip dance parties.
