When in Doubt, Watch the Sunset

Sometimes I get in these moods. The “I really can’t be bothered to put any effort into sightseeing” moods. After having seen so many cities, many things start looking the same. Namely the churches.

So when these moods strike, I force myself to open my eyes and actively look for the things that are different about that city. Of course the city is special — but why? What are the little things that make the collective whole beautiful?

So I walked around Porto without a purpose. I wandered down tight alleys ways and quickly got lost. But that doesn’t really matter, does it?

So below are a few of the photos of the town and sunset that I took today. The things that made Porto special from any other city.
